The Meet & Great Reception commences at 5.30pm and runs through to 6.30pm

6.30pm Guests Retire to the Buffet BBQ

> Potato Salad, Corn Medley (w/ Peppers & Onions)

> Baked BeansMacaroni and Cheese

> Bone-in BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork

Dinner Rolls with Butter, Cookies and Brownies

Regular & Decaf Coffee Served with Creamer

The Award Banquet commences at 6.30pm

The Banquet is a Plated Meal with Table Service

MENU: A Choice from the List Below:

> Tri-Tip of Beef with a Mushroom Merlot Reduction & Garnished with Crispy Onion Straws

> Pan-Seared Salmon Filet Crusted with Herbs and topped with a Lemon Dill Sauce

> Lightly Coated Egg Plant, Fried & Layered with Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Parmesan in Marinara Sauce, > Vegan Eggplant Marinara (No Dairy or Egg)

All Meals Served with: Garden Salad with Choice of Ranch or Italian Dressing, Warm Rolls & Whipped Butter, Chef's Choice Vegetable, Starch, and Dessert Selection, and

Iced Water, and Unsweet Tea, Service of Regular & Decaf Coffee, and Herbal Hot Tea
